  • Seelq does not process or store payment card or banking details.
  • All payments are securely processed by Creem.io, which acts as the Merchant of Record and is responsible for handling transactions, chargebacks, and tax compliance.

  • Your personal data is securely stored in Supabase, our cloud database provider, hosted in the EU region (Frankfurt, Germany – eu-central-1).

  • These measures include encryption in transit (TLS), encrypted storage, access control, and regular security monitoring.
  • Access to user data is restricted to authorized personnel only and used strictly for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy.
  • In the event of a data breach, we will notify affected users and relevant authorities as required by applicable law.
