At Seelq, we strive to provide a high-quality AI-powered fashion discovery and styling experience. However, we understand that issues may arise. This Refund Policy explains when and how you can request a refund.
1. General Policy
Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be requested within 7 days of purchase if:
- You were charged in error, or
- You experienced a technical issue that prevented you from accessing or using Seelq's premium features.
Non-Refundable Cases
- Purchases of clothing or accessories are completed directly on third-party retailer websites via affiliate links. Seelq is not a seller and cannot process or guarantee refunds for retailer transactions. Refund requests for products must be made directly with the retailer.
- Refunds will not be granted for dissatisfaction with AI-generated recommendations.
2. Subscriptions
- Subscription fees are billed in advance and are generally non-refundable once a billing cycle has started.
- You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Seelq account settings or by contacting support. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund for Seelq premium features, please contact us at: sales@seelq.com
Include the following details:
- Your full name
- Email address associated with the purchase
- Order ID (from your receipt)
- Reason for the refund request
We will review and respond to your request within 3 business days.
4. Processing of Refunds
- Approved refunds will be processed through our payment partner (e.g., Stripe, PayPal, or other providers).
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
- To prevent chargebacks, Seelq and its payment partners may reserve the right to issue refunds within 60 days of purchase, even if this policy states “non-refundable.”
